William F. Gould Bill has been a real estate professional specializing in golf course communities in the Palm Beach area for ten years, with a specific emphasis on gated golf communities in Jupiter. Bill has sales experience in many communities including The Loxahatchee Club, Admirals Cove, Turtle Creek, The Hamptons, Lost Lake, The Arbors, The Retreat, The Preserve and Jonathan’s Landing, where he has been the sales leader every year since 2003, with over $50,000,000 in sales during that span.
After eight successful years as the golf community specialist at Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, Bill left to open Exclusive Real Estate Group in January 2008. Bill has put together a team of agents who have the knowledge and experience dealing with all facets of real estate, from commercial to residential to land sales.

Paul began his real estate career in 1997. He has been selling luxury properties in the Jupiter area for over 11 years. For the last 5 years, Paul has specialized in real estate on Jupiter Island, participating in sales of over 180 million dollars. He has also sold homes in Admirals Cove and on the Loxahatchee River.
Paul was born and raised in Ohio. He moved to the Jupiter area after he graduated from Muskingum College in 1987. He worked as an assistant golf professional at Lost Tree Club and then later at the The Club at Admiral’s Cove.
Mark Van Hoesen Mark brings with him his significant experience in real estate and development, in Connecticut along with many years of experience as a senior leader in the corporate world. This background in dealing with primary residences, investment properties, rental properties, spec. building, contracting, and renovations will provide significant benefit and support to his Florida clients.
Mark lives in Jonathan’s Landing with his wife Pam and is an avid golfer, fisherman, boater, and scuba diver. He has spent many years looking at property throughout Florida, and in February of 2007 completed a tour of coastal golf and boating communities across south Florida. That tour cemented the decision to pick Jupiter and Jonathan’s Landing as the community with the best services, the best value, and great people. He looks forward to sharing his conclusions and his excitement with the many baby boomers that are headed this way.

Prior to his involvement in real estate, Bill was the creative director for an international action sports manufacturer. Now, as a realtor, his creative direction experience has blended with the always present demand for high end, customized creative marketing collateral that is crucial to being an effective player in the South Florida real estate industry.
Bill has taken a lead role in Exclusive Real Estate Group's expansion into the southern regions of Palm Beach County, focusing on waterfront condos as well as the historic neighborhoods scattered throughout the coastal regions of West Palm Beach.

He attended Jerry Thomas Elemantary, Jupiter Middle School and Jupiter High School. The University of Iowa is where he landed after his high school graduation, where he was on a football scholarship. He graduated college from Georgia Southern University.
While attending school in Georgia, Eric was an All Conference and All American Football player. This let to his brief stint in playing NFL and XFL football for the Carolina Panters and Philidephia Eagles.
After his football experience, he returned to his hometown to become a real estate agent. He joined the Elit Properties team in 2004 and in 2006 Prudential Florida Realty took over, and he has been there since.
Cory B. Kravit Cory B. Kravit began his real estate career as a real estate attorney and later earned his Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2009. He continues to concentrate his legal practice in the areas of real estate litigation and real estate transactions. Cory also has experience in the representation of condominium and homeowners associations. Cory is a member of the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Cory attended the University of Florida and received his Bachelor’s degree with honors in 2002 and he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2005. At the University of Florida, Cory was a member of Florida Blue Key and was awarded the William G. Cross Leadership Award. At Stetson University, Cory was awarded the Student Bar Association Student of the Year Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his commitment to the Youth Court program.
Cory currently serves as the President of the Palm Beach County Young Republicans and Co-President of the Palm Beach County Gator Club which was recently recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Gator Clubs, in part, for raising over $120,000 in scholarships for graduating high school seniors from Palm Beach County.
Cory's legal knowledge is a tremendous asset to the Exclusive Real Estate Group and has been instrumental in complex contract negotiations.
