Exclusive Home Services now offers home management services at a flat rate per month with zero mark ups for outside vendors such as; carpet cleaners, maid service, and handyman service. With the state of the economy, we feel that you should not have to pay additional fees for a middleman!

You will pay a once a month flat fee and we will take care of your home each week. In addition to the standard weekly services, we will take digital photos of your home and email them to you every week. You will be able to see your home and feel confident that Exclusive Home Services is taking great care of your residence. No other property management service offers this feature on a weekly basis!

Standard Single Family Homes: $75 Monthly

INTERIOR

Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure
Visual inspections for signs of insects and rodents
Post storm visual inspections for severe weather damage for no additional charge
Visual inspection for signs of mold and mildew
Check for visible water leaks
Check interior temperature
Check for obvious damage to the interior of house
Check ceilings for evidence of water damage
Turn on/off main water
Water interior plants
Run the dishwasher - Monthly
Run garbage disposal - Monthly
Flush toilets and run water in sinks to ensure quality of water lines
Check alarm system to make sure it is armed & home is secured after each inspection
Immediate reporting to client of any abnormalities found

EXTERIOR

Walk around home and check for broken windows
Monitor lawn care and/or pool maintenance services
Start up vehicles
Turn on golf cart and check water levels
Check boat to make sure lines are tight and bilge pumps are working properly

MAIL

Gather mail and put in designated area
Pick up newspapers and flyers
Check front door for door hangers, notes, etc.

Monthly Home Watch Service is complimentary for residents whose homes are currently listed with Exclusive Real Estate Group.

For clients who purchase a home through Exclusive Real Estate Group this service is complimentary for 6 months following your closing date. We will honor this service for Bill Gould’s past Buyers and Sellers.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

● Meet and/or monitor service personnel
● Oversee home improvements and/or renovations on a daily basis
● Serve as a contact for the community security
● Arrange emergency repair services (i.e. air conditioning repair)
● Prepare for arrival (turn on water heater, air conditioning, etc.)
● Forward important items/packages delivered to the home
● Accept deliveries at our office
● Arrange for housekeeping and carpeting cleaning service
● Storm preparation – assist in developing a storm plan and assist with the execution
● Arrange for vehicles to be cleaned and detailed
● Meet car transporter at gate during business hours
● Arrange for car service to/from airport
● Arrange Pressure cleaning
● Arrange air conditioning service and repair
● Arrange Pest Control Services
● Arrange Pool Services
● Arrange Golf Cart Tune-ups

In the event an immediate problem arises, you will be contacted by phone and e-mail. After contacting you, we will gladly coordinate a vendor of preference to make any repairs. Services will be billed by the repair contractor directly to the client.

A 24-hour notice is appreciated for all requested services outside of your regular schedule. We understand emergencies and will be happy to accommodate your needs.
